She has helped me develop a positive relationship with food and has taught me that carbs are my friend and not the enemy. Before Taylor helped me, I would always try the low/no carb diets and would always feel lethargic during workouts. She helped me realize that carbs are the things that fuel us first during workouts. I have learned the best balance of carbs, fats, and proteins that my body needs; before Taylor I had no idea such thing existed. Once I had the right balance, my performance went up in the gym.
